“The Voices Of Women”

Women, yes, that gender that has been discriminated for years and years; it is clearly evident that that discrimination has not arrived to an end  and nowadays we can still see some particles of it . Since humanity was stupid enough to think that there was a stronger gender, discrimination has been present and that “strong” thing – humanity thought-  did not come from human minds but from muscles.

Women have had to resist. In many epochs they could not even argue that statement, it was just a part of society and so they felt they had to carry on with it, some even ended thinking that men were right and those were the ones that helped that view to be widely held by society, society at those times had a clear wrong vision about women. Unfortunately there is still people that  discriminate women, example of that are all firms which truly hold that women do not have the capability to be leaders.

Let us be honest, women are not only as a strong sex as men’s sex is,  they also are a vital part of human life, without them humanity would not have had the ability to be developed, it is just the natural order, we men, need women like bees need their honey.

I strongly believe that men have to listen to women, as Albert Einstein said “ Women marry men hoping they will change. Men marry women hoping they will not. So each is inevitably disappointed”, Einstein with this phrase makes me think and supports my thinking that we men change when women are around us, we change to better when they are around us, we even act in a much more polite way. But I also believe that the female gender needs the male one as well, it is reciprocal.

I have been in different schools along my life.  At one school at which I were into, was one in which only males were allowed, that, I have to say, does not make it a worse school, just a different one.

At that one where only men were allowed, the class functioned differently from the other schools I have been to, which are mixed schools. It is not that when we are surrounded by only men that we act in a rude way but it is true that we take less care with the composures, while in the mixed schools men acted in another way. A clear example of it is that when we the boys came back from the playground and had been playing football, we were sweating and did not even care how bad we smelled, our teachers had to suffer that smell, but in mixed schools the boys did not want to go back to lessons after being sweating in the playground. This is just a simple example but what I want to say with this is that we, men act in a different way when women are around, they change us, and they help us to become better men.

We need them and it is evident that this applies to all aspects of society: government, houses, restaurants, schools…
